These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Idlistack by T4GC platform, services, infrastructure, applications, website, and related systems operated by T4G Tech4good Labs LLP("Idlistack by T4GC", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Idlistack by T4GC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. About Idlistack by T4GC

Idlistack by T4GC is a managed cloud application hosting platform that enables customers to deploy and manage curated applications through a simplified cloud infrastructure environment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Idlistack by T4GC.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Email verification is mandatory before access to platform services is granted.

3. Platform Services

Idlistack by T4GC provides managed cloud application hosting services for developers, NGOs, startups, agencies, and organizations.

Customers may deploy applications made available through the Idlistack by T4GC platform catalog and custom applications upon request.

Idlistack by T4GC reserves the right to:

  • Introduce new services or features.
  • Modify or discontinue existing functionality.
  • Impose platform limitations.
  • Update deployment capabilities at any time.

Certain features may be designated as Beta, Preview, or Experimental and may change, become unavailable, or behave unpredictably without prior notice.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Securing access to their account.
  • All activity associated with their account.

Customers must immediately notify Idlistack by T4GC of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

Customers may not:

  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Create fraudulent accounts.
  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Idlistack by T4GC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

5. Billing, Payments & Credits

Idlistack by T4GC operates on a prepaid credit-based billing system.

Customers may purchase credits and use them for deployments, infrastructure usage, and related platform services.

Credits are:

  • Non-refundable.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Not redeemable for cash.

Credits generally do not expire under normal usage conditions. However, Idlistack by T4GC reserves the right to suspend or revoke balances associated with fraud, abuse, policy violations, or terminated accounts.

Pricing, plans, infrastructure limits, and resource allocations may change over time. Where reasonably possible, customers will be notified before significant pricing changes take effect.

Failure to maintain sufficient account balance may result in:

  • Temporary deployment suspension.
  • Limited platform access.
  • Service interruption.
  • Eventual deletion of customer resources after multiple notices and an applicable grace period of 7 days.

Retention After Non-Payment

Customer resources may be retained for up to 90 days following prolonged non-payment before permanent deletion, unless a different period is required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use Idlistack by T4GC for activities that:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware or malicious software.
  • Conduct phishing or fraud.
  • Send spam.
  • Perform cryptocurrency mining.
  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
  • Distribute copyrighted or pirated material without authorization.
  • Host unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content.
  • Abuse platform infrastructure.
  • Threaten the stability, security, or availability of the platform.

Customers may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure.
  • Bypass platform restrictions.
  • Interfere with other customer environments.
  • Reverse engineer platform systems.
  • Abuse shared resources.
  • Use the platform contrary to its intended purpose.

Idlistack by T4GC reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate deployments or accounts that violate these Terms or create operational or security risks. Where reasonably possible, warnings may be issued before enforcement action.

7. Customer Applications & Data

Customers retain ownership of their:

  • Applications.
  • Hosted content.
  • Databases.
  • Uploaded data.

Idlistack by T4GC does not claim ownership of customer-hosted content.

Access to customer data is limited to situations reasonably necessary for:

  • Technical support.
  • Operational maintenance.
  • Security purposes.
  • Abuse investigations.
  • Legal compliance.
  • Service recovery.

Operational logs and metadata may be reviewed while investigating incidents, abuse, or security concerns.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • Compliance with applicable laws.
  • Required licenses and permissions.
  • Legality of hosted content.

8. Third-Party & Open-Source Applications

Idlistack by T4GC may deploy, host, manage, maintain, and support applications that include third-party or open-source software.

While Idlistack by T4GC manages the hosting environment and platform infrastructure, the underlying software may be developed and maintained by independent third parties or open-source communities.

Accordingly, Idlistack by T4GC cannot guarantee that third-party or open-source software will be free from:

  • Bugs.
  • Security vulnerabilities.
  • Compatibility issues.
  • Performance limitations.
  • Changes introduced by original maintainers.

Where reasonably practicable, Idlistack by T4GC will apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain platform stability and security.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable licenses and terms governing third-party software.

9. Backups, Availability & Support

Idlistack by T4GC may provide backup services as part of the platform.

Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Infrastructure upgrades.
  • Network failures.
  • Third-party outages.
  • Software defects.
  • Security incidents.
  • Force majeure.
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Support is provided through the official support channels during business hours.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service interruptions do not automatically qualify customers for refunds, compensation, or service credits.

10. Security

Idlistack by T4GC applies industry-standard security measures to protect platform infrastructure and hosted environments.

However, no cloud platform or internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cloud infrastructure and are responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure account credentials.
  • Securing application configurations.
  • Following security best practices.

11. Suspension & Termination

Idlistack by T4GC may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or deployments that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Create operational or security risks.
  • Engage in unlawful activities.
  • Abuse infrastructure resources.
  • Negatively impact platform stability.

Where reasonably possible, advance warnings may be provided.

Upon account termination, prolonged non-payment, or policy violations, Idlistack by T4GC may permanently delete:

  • Deployments.
  • Containers.
  • Namespaces.
  • Volumes.
  • Databases.
  • Logs.
  • Backups.
  • Associated customer resources.

Deleted data may not be recoverable.

12. Intellectual Property

The Idlistack by T4GC platform, infrastructure, branding, user interface, systems, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Idlistack by T4GC and/or T4G Tech4good Labs LLP.

Customers may publicly state that they use or are hosted on Idlistack by T4GC.

Customers may not:

  • Resell Idlistack by T4GC services without authorization.
  • Imply endorsement or partnership without permission.
  • Misuse Idlistack by T4GC branding or identity.

13. Privacy

Use of Idlistack by T4GC is governed by the Idlistack by T4GC Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, customers acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of information described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

Idlistack by T4GC is provided on a best-effort basis.

While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Customers use the platform at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idlistack by T4GC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties relating to:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Continuous availability.
  • Data preservation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idlistack by T4GC, T4G Tech4good Labs LLP, its affiliates, officers, volunteers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the platform.

In any event, Idlistack by T4GC's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Idlistack by T4GC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Idlistack by T4GC may modify or update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Idlistack by T4GC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By creating an account or using Idlistack by T4GC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
